About Sharoon Irshad

I prefer teaching with maximum student involvement to enhance students’ critical thinking skills and keep them focused during lectures. Moreover, I like to maintain a calm and relaxed classroom environment so that students can understand concepts easily without pressure. I also make sure that communication during my classes is two-way rather than one-way. In addition, I conduct weekly tests and quizzes to help students prepare better and track their progress. Lastly, I want to make it clear that I teach students without creating pressure or burden, which makes them feel comfortable asking questions without hesitation.
