Assalamualaikum! I’m Urooj Bahar _ a dedicated and friendly tutor with a BS in Leadership & Management Studies from National Defence University, Islamabad. I believe that effective learning is not about memorizing information, it is about understanding concepts, asking questions, and building confidence. My teaching approach is student-centered, patient, and interactive. I explain difficult topics in simple language, use practical examples, and adjust my teaching style according to each student’s learning needs. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident enough to participate, make mistakes, and improve. Alongside my academic background, I have developed strong communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills through university projects, professional internships, and organizing academic programs and workshops. These experiences have helped me become a responsible, adaptable, and effective communicator.
